Services Provided

North West Rural Consulting provide agricultural & rural consultancy services, including but not limited to soil analysis interpretations, animal nutrition and health planning, farm business appraisals and advice, diversification, crofting matters, and specialist technical reporting, including Integrated Land Management Plans, as well as tailored, bespoke advisory packages. The scope of services will be outlined in a separate service agreement.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page, and we will notify you of significant changes. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.

Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing accurate and complete information necessary for the provision of our services. Failure to provide such information may result in delays or the inability to delivery the consultancy service.

Fees & Payments

The fees for our service will be outlined in a separate agreement. Payments must be made according to the terms specified in the service agreement. Late payments may incur additional charges, and failure to pay may result in the suspension or termination of services.

Confidentiality

We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your confidential information. Any information you provide to us will be used solely for the purpose of providing consultancy services and will not be disclosed to third parties without your consent, except as required by law.

Intellectual Property

All materials, reports, and recommendations provided by North West Rural Consulting are the intellectual property of North West Rural Consulting and are provided for your use only. You may not distribute, reproduce, or disclose these materials to third parties without our prior written consent.

Limitation of Liability

North West Rural Consulting shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with our services. Our total liability to you for any damages shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the services in question.

Termination of Services

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend our services to you at any time, without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to a breach of these terms or breach of individual service contract.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with Scottish laws. Any disputes relating to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Scotland.
